The project is the conservation of a pre 1990s building in a critical corner location, as a craft shop. The works included stabilising the overall structure and replacing floors, and services. Particular attention was given to repairing and renewing the shopfronts. Awarded Winner of the Best Traditional Shop Front in the Clare Design & Conservation Awards Scheme, 2005
